There is good news for the farmers of Punjab Maryam Nawaz, Chief Minister of Punjab has decided to introduce a subsidy Kisan Card for the farmers. Under the CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Kisan Card Scheme 2024, farmers living in Punjab province can get cheap seeds and cheap fertilizers, and Pesticides. The registration of this Kisan card scheme will be carried out by sending an SMS with PKC and CNIC number to the 8070 portal. The main objective of this scheme is to provide free seeds, fertilizer, and medicine to the farmers who have less area of land.

The Punjab government has launched the CM Punjab Kisan Card Scheme 2024, aimed at providing financial assistance and support to farmers across the province. This initiative seeks to enhance agricultural productivity and improve the livelihoods of farmers by offering subsidies on seeds, fertilizers, and other essential inputs. Eligible farmers can register for the scheme by sending their CNIC number to 8070. 50 Lakh Loan Registration Through Kisan Card
To get an agricultural mortgage of Rs 50 lakh via Kisan Card, you need to go to your nearest Bank of Punjab and get the registration structure through displaying your Kisan Card to the consultant there. Then, you have to entire this registration shape with your statistics and post it back. When returning the registration form, you should post a reproduction of your agricultural land’s unique country wide identification card. After which your verification will be carried out and if you are eligible, you will be supplied an agricultural mortgage by means of the Bank of Punjab.

Eligibility & 8070 Registration
Initially, it was decided in a meeting by the CM of Punjab Maryum Nawaz Sharif that loans of 150 billion would be given to 50000 small farmers in Punjab annually. Rs 30000 loan will be given per acre to small farmers to purchase quality seeds, fertilizers, and Pesticides. The government of Punjab will launch this Nawaz Sharif Kisan Card Scheme in collaboration with private sectors soon.

Terms and Conditions to Apply for CM Punjab Kisan Loan Scheme 2024
- Farmers who have 1 to 12 acres of land are eligible to apply.
- Your land record must be registered.
- A mobile SIM must be registered on the farmer’s Computerized National Identity Card(CNIC).
- Your CNIC must be valid according to the record of the NADRA.
- Farmers must not be the defaulters of any other bank.
- Farmers must return the loan within 6 months.
